Designed for ages 13-16 years old. This 1hr class focuses on proper form and challenging workouts in an encouraging environment for all experience levels.
This class meets for 60min, 2x per week and is all about making fitness fun! Kids learn basic exercises for short workouts and a quick game at the end of each class.
