For as long as I can remember, I’ve been passionate about health, fitness, and helping others. I’ve been a coach in some capacity for over 15 years, beginning with young wrestlers during my high school years. That early experience lit a fire in me—to teach, to lead, and to help people become stronger not just physically, but mentally too.
In 2015, I opened CrossFit 184 in Marysville, Ohio to pursue that dream full-time. At the time, I believed physical fitness was the main barrier holding people back from living healthier lives. I dedicated myself to building a powerful community through CrossFit—helping members grow stronger, move better, and challenge themselves every day.
As I matured as a coach, I began digging deeper. First, I explored the impact of nutrition, then dove into sleep science. Each layer helped improve results, but something was still missing.
In 2022, everything changed.
That’s when I was introduced to mindset coaching through Enlifted, and it completely transformed how I viewed health, performance, and personal development. I realized something critical:
You can work out consistently, eat clean, and get eight hours of sleep—but if your mindset is off, you’ll still fall short of the life you truly want to live.
The Birth of Chain Breakers Success Coaching
I began studying with Coach Joel Cochran through Best Hour of Their Day, and for the first time, I understood just how powerful our words, thoughts, and internal stories really are. I completed the Enlifted Level 1 Certification, then immediately followed it with the Level 2 Certification. That’s when Chain Breakers Success Coaching was born.
Through Chain Breakers, I now help clients break free from the Victim Mentality by coaching them in language, tone, breath control, body language, and emotional awareness. My 10-week group coaching program is designed to help people take back control of their mindset so they can lead better at home, at work, and in the gym.
We don’t just talk mindset—we train it.
