Athlete Training typically runs for 8, 10 or 12 week Cycles meeting 2-3x per week depending on athlete goals and availability.
Complete Athlete Assessment
Prior to the creation of your personalized plan, all athletes complete an assessment session. This includes movement screenings, strength/speed tests and a series of exercises uncovering any muscular imbalance prior to training.
Begin Your Personalized Plan for Results
Your program will be written after completion of the Athlete Assessment. There is no one-size-fits-all program. Your program will be tweaked and modified as needed throughout the 8-12 weeks as we learn more about the volume, intensity and accessory movements that best suit you.
Sessions are scheduled in advance
Sessions are best if scheduled weeks in advance if possible. All team training will be scheduled prior to the start of the program. Individuals may schedule week-to-week. All sessions must be scheduled 1-week in advance with a 24hr cancellation policy.
